Smooth
Smooth is our new line of fabrics for lingerie, underwear, corsetterie, fitness and under – jacket knitwear for women, but also for man and children, which enabled us to obtain a natural base Micromodal fabric, forever no – pilling, thanks to a particular finishing procedure.
This special patent makes use of a new dyeing formula that sheathes each single Micromodal fibre, making it slippery and non – abrasive and thus permanently eliminating pilling formation on fabric. Such treatment provides an extremely soft, perfectly smooth and comfortable touch and makes the fabric very resistant to an extensive use.
The no – pilling performance of Smooth is certified by the pilling box method up to 10.000 cycles UNI EN ISO 12945 – 1 –002.
Smooth is suitable for the most refined lingerie in its composition 100% Micromodal, whereas in mixture with elastomer or Lycra it is perfect for outwear and under – jackets knitwear. It is very easy to dye and it is suitable to be printed with the most exclusive designs or to be customized in order to meet any client’s needs.
Smooth is a line of fabrics with a weight ranging from 125gr/m2 to 220gr/m2.
Smooth fabric sample analysis made through an electronic microscope with ESEM (Environmental Scanning Eletron Microscopy) scan that reproduces 10nm (1nm = 1 billionth of meter) at specific water vapour pressure around the sample and at specific temperature values of the sample itself.
