Spinning
In 1995, in strictly cooperation with the Swiss company Rieter and at the International Exhibition ITMA 95’ in Milan, it was set up one of the most modern and productive rotor spinning division of the world.
At this international textile fair, this jewel of productive efficiency and quality was shown to the world – wide textile operators, who were visiting the exhibition.
The production process benefits by the most recent technological innovations, for the spinning part as well as for the carding room preparation.
The yarn obtained has dramatically different characteristics in comparison with all the others on the market.
The torsion and softness of this yarn revolutionized all the parameters till then used to judge open – end cotton yarns.
Two central units (ABC control / Spinning control) detect all the basic parameters of the machines as well as of the yarn.
Furthermore our Spinning factory has an internal laboratory for the quality control of every single cotton lot through the device “Spinlab Uster” by Company Zellweger Uster, which analyses the main properties of the fibres: length, tenacity, extension, fibres fineness.
