The continuous production growth, due to a constant sales increase of our products, led also to the implementation of a better logistic system. In cooperation with the company Ovas Integrated Logistics and Automation, we constructed a self – supporting building where an automatic, two - levels warehouse was located in the year 2000.

In order to obtain a perfect efficiency of this structure, we turned to a complete automatic handling of the finished product. Such improvement enables sales offices to strictly follow the stages of the orders’ implementation and advancement.

The fabric rolls are transported in containers from the various divisions to the warehouse through an automatic vehicle led by laser system, which is able to self move automatically in the factory also under disadvantaged atmospheric conditions.

This improvement enabled our company to keep under faster control and to optimise the handling of goods to be delivered to clients.

Thanks to the great success obtained, we proceeded to the construction of a second smaller automatic warehouse for stocking the sampling rolls. Now it is possible to gain access to fabric samples ordered by clients through an easy operation on the computer system. Each roll is stored following a precise order under selection of articles, colours, designs, marked with a bar code.
