The weaving division is constituted by sixty circular machines for knitted fabrics which are able to produce daily up to 15.000 Kg of knitted fabric.
The production of this division is particularly diversified both in the typology of the fabrics (jersey, ribs, elastic fabrics, plush, Interlock) and in the various materials used, such as cotton, wool, polyamide, microfibre Tactel, polyester, acrylic.

The quality and productivity of this division are always screened by a central computer, which is able to signalise any anomaly in the function of every single knitting machine and can also work out case histories of the data processing on the functionality within the whole division.

Each knitting machine is provided with the most advanced mechanical and electrical instruments (digital photocell, spare feeder) that can directly act on the knitting machine itself in order to decrease to the minimum level the mechanical faults in the fabric production.
