At present the dyeing division is constituted by six “Overflow” and five “Multiflow” machines with a production capacity ranging from 70 to 600 kg per lot and a daily production going from 10.000 to 15.000kg.
On every single machine is placed a microprocessor which is able to reproduce exactly the essential physical dyeing parameters: capacity, differential pressure, dyebath ratio, levels, temperatures, sequence of products introduction, process time.
Particular attention is paid to the ecological and environmental problems linked to dyeing cycle.
A biological treatment system of waste waters together with a brand new ozonization system enable us to maintain waste waters within the limits of the most restrictive laws.
