Sustainability is one of the most important principles of our policy: “fabrics for sustainable future”. Our Mission is the continuous objective of improving and preserving the environment, territory, people and our Made-in-Italy product. Our production process is transversal to our sustainable being and leads to the creation of high quality knitted fabrics, ethically and socially responsible.
YARN, DYES AND AUXILIARIES

During the knitting process, the possibility of using sustainable yarns for both natural fibers, such as organic cotton (GOTS, BCI), and for synthetic fibers, recycled polyester from plastic bottles and pre-consumer recycled polyamide, has allowed us to expand and innovate the collections and to be 100% competitive in the italian and foreign markets. Also in the dyeing process we use since yearsdyes and auxiliaries controlled and certified (GOTS, ZDHC, BlueSign), paying particular attention to the wastewater discharge at the end of processing and to the reduction of harmful and pollution emissions.
Every year we obtain the Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX certification by referring to most of our items, which defines the respect of human-ecological requirements of the standard in accordance with European, American and Chinese regulations.
SUSTAINABLE ENERGY

The energy saving and controlled water supply is applied to all the department o f the factory which comply with the rules and regulation either national and international. Annually we endorse “green” contracts for the supply of electricity produced exclusively from renewable sources, looking for the maximum possible recovery, thanks to photovoltaic panels installed for the production electricity.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT

Our sustainability policy also refers to a more careful reduction of waste in the round, thinking that every single material used must have a second life. For example, the plastic packaging is made with totally recyclable plastic, the cardboard tubes are made with 100% already recycled paper and we don't use wood pallets for transportation.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
​
We are constantly monitoring potential risks in the workplace and we comply with all the national safety regulations. We avoid that potentially dangerous substances come into direct contact with personnel, thanks to automated dyeing machines; with the use of an automated warehouse for handling loads, we are able to provide our workers with a structured and safe workplace system, protecting the safety and health of each individual.
